I give Southeast Coop in Dexter the worst possible rating. I use one of their propane tanks at my rural home. I filled it completely up in November and that would normally last a whole year. Gas has of course gone up twice since then. There was a leak on their equiptment-they installed it and I have never touched it. By February the tank was completely empty. I thought it only fair that the next 200 gallons I bought should be free. It is costing me 429.00. The manager at Dexter said the leak was on the line and therefore my responsibilty. The ticket states the leak was at the regulator and they replaced faulty parts-that belong to them. The manager finally agreed to knock off 29.00. I feel like it was not my fault that a problem with their equipment caused me to lose an entire tank full of gas that should have lasted an entire year, but only lasted 2 months. This account is in my mothers name. I would say if you are an eldery woman trying to make it on your own, then steer clear of Southeast Coop. I feel cheated and exploited.
